Programs

-Each program is individualized to you based on your needs and goals. 

-All programs include a complimentary fitness consultation, 60-minute workout sessions, education on form and technique, nutrition counseling, charts to track your progress, workout descriptions, written  and oral goals (reviewed weekly), check-ins from me when we are not working out together, and of course a motivating personal trainer to keep you going and be your cheerleader.

-Optional add-ons to your program (free of charge): menu  planning, nutrition recommendations, and weigh-ins.

-If you have a friend or two you want to train with, I do group training and pricing as well.

-I do not have contracts, or monthly fees.  Instead, you buy the sessions and choose when you want to use them. If you want to meet with me twice a week, 3 times a week, or 4 times a week, it is up to you.  They are your sessions to use. 

-If you would like something not listed in these programs, let me know during your fitness consultation and I will be happy to add it in. It is all about you!  These programs are designed to help you now and in the future.  So you can continue to have a healthy lifestyle for many years to come.
